The fabulous Spoerle family....I have had such fun getting to know this great family over the last few years....working with Kurt and his team at Talk to Tucker and shooting Phil's senior session....they are all full of love and life, that is for certain!  Add in the fact that they are just beautiful...all of their smiles are infectious and genuine....they all have a way of making you feel comfortable the minute you meet them!  Kurt and Vickie have done a tremendous job raising Ella, Sam and Phil....this family is a fantastic representation of unconditional love, faith and a whole lot of fun!

I had a blast doing their family shoot for them over Thanksgiving weekend...you can't even tell that it was about 20 degrees outside during this shoot - they were all such great troopers!!!  

Thanks for your trust Spoerle family - I look forward to working with you for many years to come!!

Katie and John's Zionsville Wedding with stephanie nicole photography

A little rain didn't stop this loving couple from enjoying their romantic, intimate wedding on November 3rd!  It was a true privilege to be a part of Katie and John's wedding day for two reasons....first - they are just the sweetest couple ever, and second...Katie's dad was the minister at my church during my high school years....and he left quite an impact on me.  It meant the world to me that they asked me to photograph their special day.   I also loved that Glenn (Katie's dad) performed the ceremony in the very church he started so many years ago.  (Zionsville Presbyterian Church)

A very heartfelt congratulations to Katie and John....I know your married life will be richly blessed beyond measure.

The Plake family....now this is a family who has some fun and has a bond that is undeniable!  I had such a wonderful time working with them on their family shoot in downtown Zionsville....  I look forward to continuing our relationship over many years!!

Anna's Senior Session with stephanie nicole photography

Ahh...the oh-so-lovely Anna....talk about a beautiful young lady!!  I had a blast working with her on her senior session....and we even got some bonus images of her and her sisters together....and their mom too!!

Clearly Anna is a natural in front of the camera - I could have photographed her all day long!  Her infectious smile and fabulous sense of humor made our afternoon together so much fun!

Congratulations on the start of your senior year Anna....I know you're going to take the world by storm....you have such amazing things ahead of you!

Ben and Annaliesa's Omni Severin, Downtown Indianapoilis Wedding with stephanie nicole photography

Ben and Annaliesa were married in early August at the beautiful Omni Severin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis.  Once again, my partner, Curt Littlecott from our sister studio in Orlando, came up to shoot this heart-warming wedding day for this very special couple.   There were so many hugs and loving moments...something I absolutely love....real emotion at its best!

Congratulations Ben and Annaliesa - we wish you much love and happiness in your married life together - thank you for allowing us to be a part of your wedding day team!

A very heartfelt congratulations to Becca and Andy on their beautiful marriage!  What a fantastic couple to work with on my first day back from being on maternity leave!  They sure did make our jobs easy!  My partner, Curt Littlecott from our "sister" studio (nu visions in photography) in Orlando,  flew up here to Indy to shoot this fabulous wedding day with me and we had a blast!   

The Indiana Roof Ballroom was stunning.....such beautiful architecture and lighting....and we loved the fact that Becca and Andy wanted to go to the old "smoke stack" building for photos....there's nothing like mixing the beauty of a bride with an old brick building!

Thanks so much for your trust Becca and Andy - you are a beautiful couple inside and out and we couldn't be happier for you!

 

Becoming a mom for the very first time.....

April 4-5, 2012 are two days that I will never forget.   For those who didn't know - I made the move back up here to Indy at 7 months pregnant....yep - I know....a little crazy, but we did it.

Well....my due date was April 18th and as most new moms probably do, I had a list as long as my arm of things to get done before the little guy arrived.  Guess who decided to make his debut 2 weeks early??  That's right, after going into labor at 6am on the morning of April 4th and 22 hours later....Isaac Steven Anderson was born in the wee hours of Thursday, April 5th, 2012 (4:39am, to be exact) and we are so thrilled to have him here!  I have decided that he most certainly takes after his daddy with his early arrival, (Kurt is always a tad early or just on time) anyone who knows me knows that I notoriously run about 10 minutes late...except for anything work related....truly....I am always about 30 minutes early for any photoshoot....go figure. 

So, my maternity leave has begun earlier than expected...I will be back in full swing in mid-June when I work with our fantastic couple, Becca and Andy, on their wedding in downtown Indy.  Until then....
